What to expect?
Your session begins with a brief overview from our team to ensure you feel informed and comfortable. Once seated in a premium reclining leather chair, the chamber is gently pressurised to your prescribed level while you breathe concentrated oxygen.
The Royale Chamber has been designed to reduce any sense of confinement, with generous side windows, a forward-facing view and a circular door port that creates an open and light filled environment. Built in air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature throughout your session, allowing you to fully relax.
You may notice a gentle sensation in your ears as pressure adjusts, similar to air travel. This is normal and our team will guide you through simple equalising techniques to ensure comfort.
Sessions are calm, quiet and designed to support deep restoration.
*For your safety, absolutely no electronic devices are permitted inside the HBOT chamber.

What does 1.999 ata mean?
ATA refers to “atmospheres absolute,” a measure of pressure. At 1.999 ATA, oxygen can be absorbed more efficiently into plasma, supporting deeper tissue oxygenation compared to lower-pressure wellness chambers.
Is the treatment comfortable?
Yes. The chamber is spacious with side windows and a forward-facing view to reduce confinement. You’ll relax in a premium reclining leather chair in a calm, temperature-controlled environment. Many people fall asleep during their treatment!
Will i feel pressure in my ears?
You may notice a gentle ear sensation similar to ascending or descending in an aeroplane. This is normal. Our team will guide you through simple equalising techniques to ensure comfort.
How long is a session?
Sessions run between 60–90 minutes depending on your treatment plan.
Who should avoid HBOT?
Individuals with certain medical conditions (such as untreated pneumothorax or specific ear conditions) may not be suitable. If you have congestion, sinus issues or are unsure, speak with our team prior to booking.

- Health Monitoring: Equalise ear pressure as needed to avoid barotrauma and take breaks if advised to prevent oxygen toxicity. If you feel any discomfort, our staff will help you exit
- Emergency Preparedness: Our staff are trained to manage any adverse events. Please adhere to their instructions if need be
